Introduction to the essay

Almost every single one of the people that passed through the college experience did not have it easy. They had certain goals that needed to be achieved to reach what they had planned from the very beginning. I’m having that particular problem right now. My biggest obstacles that need to be accomplished to have a successful college life are my responsibilities toward my studies and the ability to manage time between my classes, work, family and friends. Those obstacles can be achieved with the key ingredient in all problems, patience.

Since I was born, my mother raised me with certain values that improved once I knew how to use them. Now that I’m in the beginning of my adulthood, I realize that all the things my mom said to me were not a joke. My thoughts are maturing each day. Thanks to that, I started extremely good my first year in college. I’m keeping my mind focused. I developed an ability that trough my high school experience I wasn’t capable of trying it. That ability is called a study habit. After you learn how to use it, your life during college won’t be such a headache.

College can be tough but you have to be tougher. Fighting your way through everyday obstacles with your professor, your classes and all the works you have to finish on time is hard, but you have to keep in mind that everything is going to pay off at the end of the semester. That moment is yours to cherish. When all this finishes you are going to feel proud of yourself. Proud of the fact that all your work was done by the only person with the guts, ability and dedication, you.
